PB Spread

Here it is, the last installment of my three part blog examining the different types of p-butter. I know you all have been on the edge of your seats, just waiting for me to reaveal the secrets of Peanut Butter Spread. Well, here you go......

PB Spread:
* Can be found on most grocery shelves.
* Does not have to be refrigerated.
* Contains only 60% peanut butter.
* Whats in the other 40%? It depends on the brand you are eating.
* Two tablespoons usually contain 17 grams of fat with 3.5 grams being from saturated fat along with 190 calories.

Now you decide which is the best type of peanut butter for your home; Regular, Natural, or Spread?????

  1. What is Jif considered? A spread or regular? Because that's my favorite. <3 I've tried Smucker's All Natural Peanut butter and wasn't too fond of it's grainy texture.
